Ohio released a new professional provider medical fee schedule effective 01/01/2012 along with a new cost to charge ratio table for in-patient and out-patient services. These new fee schedules are available and will be included in the next upgrade of the software for customers that are on support. The fee schedules and rules are attached below. |
